For commercial post‑construction, move‑in, or move‑out cleaning, the property must be vacant with no contractors or workers present during service. Cleaning Crew Co. is not responsible for re‑cleaning or contamination caused by other workers on‑site.

For residential homes, please keep people, pets, and children away from active cleaning areas until the service is complete and surfaces are dry.

7. Liability Limitations

Pre‑existing damage

Wear and tear

Permanent stains

Dye migration

Pet‑related damage

Issues caused by previous cleaners or chemicals

Residential minimum: $150
